Team coaching is guided support that helps the people in your business communicate clearly, understand each other, and work in the same direction. For a small business, it usually includes the founder and every person on the team.
If you have built a business with a team, you already know this: the work is rarely the hard part. The people part is. Who decides what. Who is frustrated and not saying so. Why the same small issue keeps coming back.

That is what team coaching is for.
Training teaches a skill. Coaching looks at how your actual team works together, right now, with the real people in it.
Training might teach everyone how to give feedback. Coaching helps your team say the thing that has needed to be said for six months.
Here is how I do it.
It is for founders whose teams are good people doing good work, and something still feels off. You might notice that:
None of that means something is wrong with you or your team. It usually means the business has outgrown the way you have been communicating.
Two people is a team. So is twenty. I have worked with more than 30 founders and teams since 2021, and size matters far less than willingness.
Founders tell me they feel relief first. Then clarity. One team member described her private session this way: “It gives you a really safe, comfortable, supportive space to say the difficult things that maybe you didn’t want to say in the group.”
When people feel safe to be honest, small shifts make a huge impact.
